दाल दो सौ रूपये किलो हो रही हैं , किसान भूखों मर रहा हैं। हाल ही में विक्रम पहलवान फीरोजाबाद के परिवार से मिलने उत्तर प्रदेश के उनके गाँव अधमपुर फीरोजाबाद गया। वहां जाकर महसूस किया की किसान की हालत पतली हैं। पिछली बार फसल चौपट हो गई थी , जो कुछ बचा उसे कोल्ड स्टोर में तो रखवा दिया पर निकालने के रूपये नहीं हैं। पढ़ने या कुछ सीख कर बन सकने वाले नव -युवक शीशे की फैक्ट्रियों में दिहाड़ी लगा रहे हैं , कुछ तो हाईवे पर दो बर्तन लेकर बैठ गए हैं , तो कोई पेड़ के नीचे ही एक कुर्सी लगा बाल काट कर पेट भरने को मजबूर हैं। हालात इतने नाजुक हैं की जिन छोटे छोटे बच्चों को स्कूल जाकर देश का भविष्य सुधारना था वो भी पढाई छोड़ कर चूड़ियों पर कढ़ाई की मजदूरी कर रहे हैं। ये हमारे हिन्दुस्तान को क्या हो गया हैं ? सड़कों पर सैकड़ों कारें हैं पर खेतों में बीज , खाद- पानी नहीं। खेती की जमीनो को एक्वायर करके उनपे चौड़ी सड़कें , रेलवे लाइन और बड़ी बड़ी हाउसिंग सोसाइटीज बन रही हैं लेकिन उसी किसान के घर पर सफेदी तक नहीं । अनाज विदेशों से इम्पोर्ट हो रहा हैं लेकिन किसान को देने के लिए रुपया नहीं। दाल दो सौ रूपये किलो हो रही हैं , किसान भूखों मर रहा हैं। आज नए नए कपड़ों , मोबाइल , टेलीविज़न , कार जैसी चीज़ों की मार्किट में भरमार हैं लेकिन पेट भरने का सामान दुर्लभ होता जा रहा हैं। ये किसानो के साथ हो रहे बुरे बर्ताव का परिणाम हैं। जब वो कुछ उगाता हैं तो उसकी खरीद नहीं लेकिन वही फसल शहरों में उपभोक्ताओं तक बहुत मंहगी पहुँचती हैं। बीच में गहरा झोल हैं , बड़े दलाल हैं , इन्होने किसानो से कौड़ियों के मोल माल खरीदना हैं , नहीं तो ये इम्पोर्ट कर लेंगे। कुछ तो बहुत बड़ी गड़बड़ हैं , बड़ा षड्यंत्र हैं , कुछ बहुत बड़ा देशद्रोह का काम चल रहा हैं।

हालांकि इन सब कठिनाइयों के बीच विक्रम पहलवान कुश्ती खेल को फुल टाइम अपनाये हुए हैं। ये देख कर कुछ संतुष्टि हुई। लेकिन अधिकांशत युवा वर्ग खेलों से दूर हो रहा हैं , उनकी जवानी और उम्मीदें एक हज़ार सेंटीग्रेड से ऊपर जल रही कांच की भट्टी के सामने खड़े होते ही वाष्प बन कर उड़ जा रही हैं। खौलते कांच को चूड़ी या कुछ और बनाते समय उसकी आग और तपन पेट की आग के सामने फीकी पड़ गई हैं।

Pulses are 200/- kilograms but farmers are cash strapped . This weak I went to Vikram Pahlwan's Village , Adhampur Destrict Ferojabad, Uttar Pardesh. There I felt strange, farmers are starved of cash , irrigation water , seeds or fertilizers. While there is a lot of money is seen to buy his land to make way for new roads, railway lines, industrial area or housing societies he himself is running out of cash even to bring his yield back from cold stores and sell it. Young men who could have become an asset for the country are now daily wagers at the glass factories. a few have opened makeshift tea shops, somebody has opened a barber shop under a tree . Things are such a great deal of de-meritorious that even little children has been working on glass bangles whole day to make both ends meet. These children would otherwise have gone to school and would have become future of India. There are millions of cars on the roads but there is nothing for a farmer. lots of housing societies but bare shades for farmers. Lot of electronics in the big malls but food grains is out of reach. there is something a mess , there are agents hindering growth of our nation , it is Treason ! however amid this hoopla I was happy to see Vikram Pahlwan still adapting to Kushti while his friends and everybody else has joined the glass factories of Ferojabad, nobody wants to play anymore. Standing before the big furnaces which produce heat more than 1000 degree centigrade is not because of choice but the hunger in their bellies has forced them to do such a bounded labour which goes up 12 hours at any given day. Even little children who should go to school are putting glass bangles into finishing shape and getting a little in return to make both ends meet.

Vikram Pahlwan - Fights well this season and is ready to take on any challange.

फीरोजाबाद से विक्रम पहलवान की ओर से अच्छी खबरें आ रहीं हैं। इस सीजन के शुरआती दंगलों में विक्रम की बेहतरीन कुश्तियां हुई हैं। यहाँ दंगलों में विक्रम पहलवान पहले या दुसरे नंबर पर लड़े और सभी कुश्तियों में विजयी रहे। अभी उधर और दंगल होने हैं। इस बार कवरेज के लिए फीरोजाबाद जाने का भी मन हैं। फीरोजाबाद की तरफ पंजाब , हरयाणा की तरह बड़े इनामों के दंगल तो नहीं होते लेकिन कुश्ती प्रेमी जनता और कुश्ती में भाग लेने वालों पहलवानो की कमी नहीं हैं। हालांकि यहाँ पहलवान भी अधिकतर सीजनल ही हैं , रोजगार या सपोर्ट के अभाव में दंगल के सीजन भर ही प्रैक्टिस करते हैं , बाकी रोजगार की तलाश में जुट जाते हैं। इनसे कुछ हटकर विक्रम कई वर्षों से लगातार प्रैक्टिस कर रहे हैं। उम्मीद हैं उनकी प्रतिभा को एक दिन देश भर में सराहा जाएगा।

ये खबर हैं भगवान कृष्ण की जन्मस्थली मथुरा वृन्दावन से।

ब्रजकेसरी बने सुभाष पहलवान का उनके गाँव में हुआ भव्य स्वागत

इस क्षेत्र को ब्रज - भूमि के नाम से भी जाना जाता हैं। ये वही ब्रज हैं जिसमे मानुष हों तो वहीँ रसखानि भजन पदों में कृष्ण भक्त रसखान कहते हैं की मैं अगले जन्म में यदि मनुष्य बना तो गोकुल का ग्वाला बनूँगा , पशु बना तो नन्द की गाय बनूँगा , पत्थर बना तो उस गोवर्धन पर्वत का बनूँगा जिसे छत्र के रूप में भगवान ने धारण किया और जनता का कल्याण किया , यदि में पक्षी बना तो जमुना के किनारे उस कदम्ब के पेड़ की डाली पर रहा करूँगा जहाँ भगवान कृष्ण ने अपनी लीलाएं दिखाएँ।

जी हाँ ये वहीँ भूमि हैं। यहाँ भगवान कृष्ण की लीलाएं हुई। यहीं पर उनका मुश्टक और चंडूक से मल्ल - युद्ध हुआ। यहीं अखाड़े पर उहोने अत्याचारी राजा कंस को पटक-२ कर मार डाला। उसी भूमि , उसी अखाड़े पर आज गर्व का दिन हैं। एक बार फिर अखाड़े के एक पहलवान ने ब्रज के सारे पहलवानो को छका कर परास्त कर दिया हैं । उन्हें अति प्रतिष्ठित ब्रज केसरी का खिताब मिला हैं , प्रभु की ऐसी लीला। आज सुभाष पहलवान बृज केसरी बनकर अपने अखाड़े पर लौटे हैं। पूरे अखाड़े में ख़ुशी की लहर हैं। उनके लिए अखाड़े में विशेष इंतजामात हैं। उनके गाँव पानी के मौजिस लोग इकट्ठा हुए हैं। उन्होंने बृज केसरी बनने पर पहलवान के स्वागत में समारोह आयोजित किया हुआ हैं। मंदिरों से , महलों से , और आम घरों से लोग आ कर पहलवान को फूल माला , साफा , पगड़ी पहना रहे हैं। पूरे गाँव में ढोल और बाजों के साथ पहलवान को घुमाया गया हैं।

गाँव के सभी मौजिस लोगों , प्रधान , पंचों ने पहलवान सराहना की , और उसे आगे बढ़ते रहने की सलाह दी। उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई की जल्द ही वे अपने गाँव में भारत केसरी बन कर आते हुए सुभाष पहलवान को देखना चाहेंगे।

इस अवसर पर सुभाष पहलवान ने तहे दिल से सबका धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने बताया की ब्रज केसरी बनने की मेरी बड़ी इच्छा थी। इसलिए मैंने आठ साल तपस्या की। मुझे ख़ुशी हैं की ब्रज में मैंने अपने अखाड़े और गाँव का नाम रोशन किया। उन्होंने प्रतिज्ञा की की वे एक दिन भारत केसरी भी बन कर अपने अखाड़े , गुरु और गाँव का सम्मान बढ़ाएंगे।

पहलवान से बातचीत में उन्होंने बताया की उनके अखाड़े , भूतेश्वर अखाडा मथुरा का इतिहास सैड़कों वर्षों पुराना हैं। प्रचलित हैं की स्वयं भगवान कृष्ण और दाऊ जी ने भी कभी यहाँ अभ्यास किया। देश के बड़े पहलवान गामा से लेकर मेहरदीन , दारा सिंह , चंदगी राम तक यहाँ अभ्यास कर चुके हैं। अखाड़े के कई बच्चों ने राष्ट्रिय स्तर पर खेलों में भाग लिया हैं। पहलवान ने बताया की यहाँ के पहलवानो ने देश भर के पहलवानो से टक्कर ली हैं और जीते भी। लेकिन अंतराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर अखाडा पिछड़ गया। वजह रही अखाड़े में मैट , जिम , कोच इत्यादि की आधुनिक सुवधाएं नहीं हैं। बात दिल को चुभी , सैड़कों वर्षों में कितने राजा , महाराजा , नेता मंत्री आये गए , लेकिन किसी का भी ध्यान इनकी ओर नहीं गया। इतना प्राचीन अखाडा अनदेखी और उपेक्षा का शिकार रहा।

ब्रजभूमि पर महाराज कृष्ण के इस अखाड़े का और कितना अनादर होगा ? उत्तर प्रदेश के खेल विभाग के सामने यह एक बड़ा प्रश्न हैं। यदि इन पहलवानो को समय पर मैट मिला होता तो क्या इनमे से कुछ पहलवान ओलिंपिक तक न पहुंचे होते ? सुविधाओं के अभाव में न जाने कितनी प्रतिभाओं के भविष्य तंगहाली के अंतहीन अंधेरों में गुम होकर दम तोड़ गए होंगे ?

The wrestling news from the birth place of Lord Krishna.

Subhash Pahlwan is welcomed after he comes home with Braj Kesri ( the lion of Mathura aka the Brij Bhoomi) Title.

Mathura is the place where lord Krishna was born and played various famous karmas of his early life. He played Rasleela, Killed Kalia Nag, picked up the Goverdhan Parbat , and did so many astonishing things here. He along with his brothers also fought wrestling matches with Mushtak and Chandoo of the Royal palace sent by the cruel king Kansa to kill them. When Mushtak and Chandook were dead the king himself fought with lord Krishna and was beaten to death by the Almighty.

This land and the akhada on this land was once again beaming with various activities on this day. Wrestler Subhash has competed in the best wrestler title category called Braj Kesri of the Mathura and around also known as Brajbhumi and won the title. People of his village Pani were gathered at a place and welcomed him. he was given headgear and garlanded with flowers and currency notes. Before this a procession went through the village amid beating of drums and dancing of boys.

On the occasion the village head, and many other personalities thanked him , and announced him all the support they can provide to the great wrestler who bought fame and name to their village. Subhash Pahlwan also announced the public , he said that it took him eight years and hard work , rigorous training to win the title. He told them that now people of pani village can be proud that there is a great wrestler lives in their village. He promised them that he is now eyeing the Bharat Kesri title , or the best Indian wrestler title . He will do his best to bring the title home.

Subhash Pahlwan said that Bhooteshwar akhada is one of the oldest wrestling Akhada of India. It is beleived that Lord Krishna Himself practiced here, since then all the great wrestlers of past including the great Gama, Dara Singh, Guru Chandgi Ram and many others came here and practiced. It is very very unfortunate that the Govt of India or the Uttar Pradesh State Govt didn't noticed the great heritage and sporting value of the Akhada. Subhash Pahlwan said that had the akhda has been provided with facilities like MAT, Gyrm and coaches etc , the wrestler would have brought international medals. He said that there is still time when govt can think of the akhada.
